Liu Yao (six-line divination) is a practical I Ching casting system using three coins, Najia stem-branch assignment, and six relations (parents, siblings, offspring, wealth, official, ghost).
How it differs
- Liu Yao: structured Najia, focused yes/no and timing questions
- Plum Blossom: quick number/time trigram casting
- Classic Zhou Yi: philosophical and textual study
Basic steps
- Cast three coins six times for the hexagram
- Assign Najia and six relations
- Locate subject/object lines (shi/ying)
- Read moving lines and transformed hexagram
